📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their healthcare product inquiries and purchases
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique health needs and preferences
• Stock and organize products to ensure a well-presented and efficient retail environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Promote our healthcare products and services through in-store displays, demonstrations, and customer interactions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Basic knowledge of healthcare products and services is a plus
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems, such as Shopify or similar platforms
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
