📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the outlet.,Manage and supervise the team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items.,Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
