📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire import process, from documentation to customs clearance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Use SAP and Excel to track and analyze shipment data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or delays in the import process.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on import procedures and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Certification in International Logistics or Customs Compliance is a plus.
