Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing a team of employees and ensuring high performance,Coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring departmental budgets and financial performance,Providing leadership and mentorship to team members,Representing the department in company meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English
