📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company goals and customer demands.,Monitor production performance, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and improve performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of production activities.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, methods, and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and develop production teams to achieve targets and improve performance.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
