📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens,Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area,Monitor food temperatures and quality,Work efficiently to meet production targets,Follow all health and safety regulations,Assist in restocking and organizing kitchen supplies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the food service industry,Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and their maintenance,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions,Valid food handling certificate,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
