📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation process and tools.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and other channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with software documentation tools and processes.,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other markup languages.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
