📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards and ensure timely delivery of meals.
  • Monitor sales and revenue targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
