📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with A*STAR's vision and mission.
  • Lead and inspire the strategic planning and impact team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of strategic frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact and innovation.
  • Represent A*STAR in national and international forums and networks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and impact assessment, preferably in a research or development organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
