📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international labor laws.,Conduct regular employee training and development programs.,Handle HR administration tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is desirable.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
