Strategic Buyer - Direct Materials (Bali, Indonesia)

Jabil is seeking a strategic and experienced Buyer for Direct Materials in our Bali office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for direct materials, ensuring that we have the right materials, at the right price, and in the right quantities, to support our production needs.

This is a full-time position based in Bali, with the possibility of travel to other Jabil locations in Indonesia and internationally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage the procurement process, including RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Track and report on key procurement metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on direct materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
