Bright Plus Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy Crew Member to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth daily activities. If you are passionate about customer service and have a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations and tasks.,Support the crew in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist customers with their needs and ensure their satisfaction.,Help with inventory management and restocking.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages.,Support the team in achieving daily targets and goals.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in any other tasks as required by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer operations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
