📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and equipment,Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement,Install and configure new software and hardware,Provide technical support to users,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in system upgrades and updates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer maintenance and repair,Knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with operating systems and network technologies,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid certification in IT or related field is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
