📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the training and development of sales staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows, promotions, and other marketing events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee and related products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
