📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining performance standards.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle use and maintenance.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurate.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and costs.,Provide support and training to drivers on vehicle operation, safety, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.
