📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control food costs and inventory levels.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
