📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
