📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with senior management on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
