📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and delivery.
  • Oversee the logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the logistics process.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all logistics operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing logistics teams.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license.
