📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their development journey.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
