📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources,Oversee the preparation of payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries,Provide training and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
