📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and professional care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.,Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.,Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of residents, reporting any changes to the care team.,Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident.,Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.,Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in elderly care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and any changes in their condition.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or Retired Nurse in an elderly care setting.,Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in good standing.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in administering medications and monitoring vital signs.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Knowledge of and experience with assistive devices and adaptive equipment for elderly care.
