📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Promote the store and brand through various marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail or insurance sector.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
