In this role, you will daily interact with customers, providing personalized advice and recommendations. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of health and beauty products to educate customers on the benefits and usage of various products, ensuring they make informed decisions. Additionally, you will assist in stocking and organizing products, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on health and beauty products to customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of various health and beauty products.

- Promote and upsell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product expiration dates and ensure proper disposal of expired items.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in special promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and products in the health and beauty industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and beauty retail or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and beauty products, including their benefits, usage, and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
