📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using tools like Greenhouse and Lever.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees using BambooHR.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
• Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as Greenhouse, Lever, and BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
