📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
• Develop and maintain ISO management system documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ISO management systems
• Provide training and support to employees on ISO management systems and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of ISO management systems into business processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ISO management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO management, with a strong background in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is a plus
• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards and requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
