You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and manage recruitment and training programs. Additionally, you will handle office administration, facilities management, and vendor relations to support the smooth operation of our office in Jl. Gubernur Suryo 38, Surabaya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Handle office administration, including document management, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
• Manage facilities and vendor relations to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Familiarity with office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
