Your mission is to ensure seamless integration of medical devices into daily operations, providing expert support and training to medical staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and demonstrate the use of medical devices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the integration and performance of medical devices in hospitals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to promoting medical devices.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and apply this knowledge to support hospitals.
• Generate reports and provide insights on the performance and usage of medical devices in hospitals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of medical devices and their applications in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to travel frequently to Bali and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using medical device software and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, or CE) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
