📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll for mining operations, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on payroll procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the mining industry.
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and labor regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
