📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop innovative cable assembly products
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing products and develop new ones
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production
  • Test and evaluate products to ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation and drawings for products
  • Participate in product launches and marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cable assembly design and development
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Experience with PCB design and assembly is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
