As a Barista (Coffee Roaster), you'll spend your days roasting green coffee beans, experimenting with different blends, and perfecting the brewing process to create the perfect cup of coffee. You'll work closely with our baristas to ensure that our coffee is consistently excellent, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a team of experts in the coffee industry.

- Roast green coffee beans to create high-quality, ready-to-brew coffee.
- Experiment with different coffee blends and brewing methods to perfect our coffee offerings.
- Ensure that all coffee products meet our high standards of quality and taste.
- Work closely with our baristas to maintain consistency in our coffee offerings.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the coffee industry.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of coffee roasting and brewing equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that our coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or Coffee Roaster.
- Strong knowledge of coffee roasting techniques and equipment.
- Experience with coffee brewing methods such as espresso, drip, and pour-over.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
- Familiarity with coffee industry software and tools such as RoastMaster or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid certification in coffee roasting or a related field is a plus.
