📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Indonesian.
Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
