📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all marketing activities in the assigned branches, including planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Utilize marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva to track performance and create engaging content.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Represent Buana Telekomindo at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing marketing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
