• Conduct in-depth credit investigations to assess the financial health and creditworthiness of potential clients.

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for lending decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to verify client information and property details.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for property measurements and documentation.
• Stay updated with local and national regulations pertaining to credit and property appraisal.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the loan application process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit investigation or property appraisal.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local and national regulations governing credit and property appraisal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
