📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the billing and revenue accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to support the company's overall financial health.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure the continued success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on billing and revenue accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
