As an HR Manager at Assa Rent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our CEO and department heads to ensure we have the right people in place. Your daily tasks will include conducting performance reviews, managing employee relations, and implementing training programs. • Develop and implement HR strategies that support Assa Rent's business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
