As an HR Manager at Assa Rent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our CEO and department heads to ensure we have the right people in place. Your daily tasks will include conducting performance reviews, managing employee relations, and implementing training programs. You'll also play a key role in our startup culture, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support Assa Rent's business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Implement and monitor training and development programs.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
